The first thing you do to have a Trivoh personal, or business dashboard is to create an account, once you have an account you have access to log into your dashboard.

  • On the dashboard you will see your meeting overview
  • Start meeting directly with your personal meeting ID
  • Host meeting/ Schedule with a generic meeting ID
  • Join meeting directly with your provided meeting ID
  • See numbers of all meetings, scheduled created, meetings joined and all recordings

This is where you view all your created meetings.

  • You can create / schedule a new meeting in rooms (New Meeting)
  • See meetings share with you (Shared Meetings)
  • Start, view, and delete meetings
  • View meetings takes to more options on the meetings

This is where you see the history of the meeting joined.

The file section has two functions:

  • Allow you to see all cloud recorded meetings
  • Upload document and see files you need to share during your meeting to avoid screen sharing
