The first thing you do to have a Trivoh personal, or business dashboard is to create an account, once you have an account you have access to log into your dashboard.
- On the dashboard you will see your meeting overview
- Start meeting directly with your personal meeting ID
- Host meeting/ Schedule with a generic meeting ID
- Join meeting directly with your provided meeting ID
- See numbers of all meetings, scheduled created, meetings joined and all recordings
This is where you view all your created meetings.
- You can create / schedule a new meeting in rooms (New Meeting)
- See meetings share with you (Shared Meetings)
- Start, view, and delete meetings
- View meetings takes to more options on the meetings

The file section has two functions:
- Allow you to see all cloud recorded meetings
- Upload document and see files you need to share during your meeting to avoid screen sharing
