Create account to host a meeting

  1. Sign up with your Name, Email address, Phone number and Password
  2. Check your email to verify your account
  3. Once your account is verified, you have full access to Trivoh workspace.

To Enter a Meeting Room

  1. Click on Join meeting
  2. Insert your meeting ID into the box or join via the meeting link or QR Code
  3. Insert or edit your name if not displayed
  4. Set-up your microphones and videos and you arein the meeting room.

Setting up a meeting

  1. To set-up and schedule a meeting,
  2. Click on Host a meeting.
  3. Insert your meeting title
  4. Click on start now for instant meeting
  5. To schedule click on the Schedule meeting button
  6. Insert you meeting start date and time to schedule your meeting for later
  7. Once your meeting is created share with your participants or add to your calendar.
